TICKETS & REGISTRATION 

 

Q: How much is a ticket?

A: Tickets to Dare to Dream are $245 per person and will be available from January 17, 2024 until May 31, 2024, or while supplies last. 

 

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: The price of your ticket provides entry to all general sessions, access to shop for convention-exclusive goodies, and admittance to the Black & White Recognition Gala, the kickoff celebration, and the after party. Each attendee will receive Dare to Dream registration materials. Event agenda is subject to change.

 

Q: I mistyped the information on my registration. How can I fix it?

A: Please email our Events Team (events@paparazziaccessories.com) and request your registration information changes. Please note that a fee of $10 per change applies. 

 

Q: When should I plan on arriving in and departing from Las Vegas?

A: To maximize your experience at Dare to Dream, we encourage you to arrive no later than Monday, July 29, 2024, and plan on leaving no sooner than Friday, August 2, 2024. Beat the lines and take advantage of early event check-in on Sunday, July 28, 2024!

 

Q: Can I bring my children? Will daycare be available?

A: Dare to Dream will be a mix of presentations in a large group setting and, of course, shopping! Neither Paparazzi nor the MGM Grand has a policy that prevents children from attending the event. If you feel comfortable bringing your child(ren), we request you remain mindful of others in attendance and step out of the meeting if needed. No daycare will be provided. 

 

All attendees (except for lap children) will require a full ticket for admission to the event. A lap child is defined as an individual 24 months or younger. You will be liable for your children during the event.

 

Q: Does my child need a ticket?

A: Any child 24 months of age or older at the time of the event will require a ticket for admission. Children without a ticket will not be admitted to any portion of the event. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

 

Q: Do I need to be a certain rank to attend the event?

A: We invite every Consultant to join us for Dare to Dream, regardless of rank! We hope to see you there! 

 

Q: What do I need to bring to check in?

A: To check in at Dare to Dream, please bring your printed name badge (which will be sent in advance) and a photo ID. All attendees will need to check in individually. A Consultant may not check in on behalf of another attendee, including their non-Consultant guests. 

Q: Where do I pick up my name badge? 

A: We will mail your name badge prior to the event. Please make sure the shipping address on file in your Back Office is updated. If you forget your name badge, you will need to have another one printed onsite. A charge of $25 will apply for each badge reprint. Paparazzi is not responsible for lost badges if your address is incorrect.

 

Q: I registered but now cannot attend the event. Can my friend or Sponsor pick up my registration materials?

A: Attendees are not permitted to collect registration materials for others. Promotional items provided to those in attendance will not be made available to those who do not attend the event, regardless of the reason for absence. This includes but is not limited to, registration materials and products for sale at the event. 

 

Q: Can my spouse or a non-Consultant guest attend with me?

A: Absolutely! Tickets for Dare to Dream are available for purchase exclusively via the Consultant's account. You may purchase guest tickets via your Back Office.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket?

A: Tickets for Dare to Dream are nontransferable. 

 

Q: What is the ticket cancelation policy?

A: Tickets for Dare to Dream will be eligible for a 50% refund through March 31, 2024. No cancelation requests will be accepted after March 31, 2024, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant's attendance status.

 

Q: I received a free convention ticket in my Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499). How do I redeem it?

A: If you purchased a Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499) and you have a free convention ticket voucher to redeem, a discount code has been generated for you in the following format: SKLASTNAMEXXXXXX, where ‘XXXXXX’ is your Consultant ID. For example, if your name is Jane Smith, and your Consultant ID is 123456, your discount code would be: SKSMITH123456. 

 

Free convention ticket vouchers expire one year from the Starter Kit purchase date. The voucher itself does not guarantee a ticket to the event. To secure your seat at the event, you must redeem the voucher by registering for the event using the discount code provided.

 

Please note that if a Consultant redeems a free convention ticket voucher and cannot attend Dare to Dream, they will incur a $50 penalty fee. We will waive this fee if the Events Team receives a formal cancelation via email by 5:00 PM MT (7:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM CT, 4:00 PM PT) on Friday, May 31, 2024. Free convention tickets cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the account holder. 

 

HOTEL & VENUE

Q: How can I find a roommate to stay with during the event?

A: If you would like to stay with another Consultant, we encourage you to seek online groups or contact your Sponsor for help. Paparazzi will not coordinate room assignments.

 

Q: How do I get from the airport to the MGM Grand?

A: The MGM Grand is minutes away from the Harry Reid International Airport! There are a variety of transportation options available upon arrival that will get you there in no time! Paparazzi does not coordinate transportation between the airport and the MGM Grand.

 

Q: Can I extend my stay at the MGM Grand?

A: Of course, you can stay at the MGM for as long as you would like. The Paparazzi group room rate is effective from Sunday, July 28, 2024, through Thursday, August 1, 2024. Paparazzi will not coordinate extended stays and discounted rates will not apply to dates outside the aforementioned window. 

 

Q: If I'm driving to the event, will parking be available?

Q: Do I need travel insurance? 

A: We encourage you to review cancelation fees and policies for the MGM Grand (or wherever you may stay while in Las Vegas), and any policies you have surrounding your personal travel — including airline tickets — before you make reservations or purchase a ticket to Dare to Dream. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you feel you need flexibility to fit your circumstances. Paparazzi is not responsible for fees or penalties associated with changes to travel or lodging. 

 

 

GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: We encourage casual and comfortable attire for General Sessions and shopping. 

 

The Black & White Recognition Gala held on Wednesday evening is all about YOU, so come dressed ready to rock your personality. Whether you’ll be working the runway or being adored in the crowd, we strongly encourage black and white attire. Pictures will be taken! Q: Will there be breaks during General Session?

A: Please stay tuned for a more detailed agenda that will provide specific times for each session, including breaks. 

 

Q: Will food be provided?

A: All food is the responsibility of the attendee. The MGM Grand offers a variety of restaurants. 

 

Q: Can I bring food into the arena?

A: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Grand Garden Arena. 

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. If a Consultant would like to use cash for convention purchases, they will need to connect with our team at the registration desk. Our team will apply a Back Office credit to your Paparazzi account that matches the amount of cash given. We do not accept personal checks.

 

Q: Will I be able to meet my team members who are at the event?

A: Definitely! We strongly encourage you to contact your team members before arriving in Las Vegas to coordinate a time for you to meet up during the event. Interacting with your upline and other Consultants from your team is a huge part of what makes our annual convention a success.

Q: Can I take my convention orders home with me? 

A: All orders placed while at the event will be shipped to your desired address from our warehouse in Utah. This includes branded apparel from the Paparazzi Boutique, Zi Collection Signature Series pieces from the Zi Boutique, and convention inventory. Will-call options will not be available.

 

Q: Will Paparazzi Headquarters be open during the event? 

A: Our Paparazzi Showroom will be closed Monday, July 29, 2024 - Thursday, August 1, 2024. Our Support Team will be available for general support during their normal hours, which are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT. 

 

Q: Do I need to bring a clear bag to the event? 

We encourage clear bags as ALL bags will be searched prior to entering the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Clear bags will expedite this process. However, it is not required to have a clear bag to enter the arena or convention space.

 

RECOGNITION

 

Q: Where and when will I get my recognition gifts?

A: All recognition gifts, including cornerstone recognition necklaces, Crown Club trophies, and Life of the Party gifts, will be shipped directly to the Consultant after the event has ended (by the end of August 2024). Please note that gifts associated with convention attendance will only be shipped to those who checked in with our registration team onsite at Dare to Dream.

COVID-19

 

Q: Will Dare to Dream be held in person?

A: Yes! We are thrilled to host Dare to Dream in person at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV.

 

Q: Will there be a virtual broadcast?

A: There will not be a virtual broadcast of this event.

 

Q: What safety precautions will be taken regarding COVID-19? 

A: Paparazzi staff and each of our convention attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County, and the MGM Grand. We understand these guidelines can change, and we will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well.

  

Q: If I purchase a ticket and then contract COVID-19 and cannot attend, can I get a refund?

A: Tickets for Dare to Dream will be eligible for a refund of 50% through March 31, 2024. No cancelation requests will be accepted after March 31, 2024, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant's attendance status. Tickets are nontransferable.
