I agree that by purchasing ticket(s) for Paparazzi’s 2024 convention, “Dare to Dream” that such registration is subject to the following terms and conditions outlined herein. There is no guarantee of services that are implied or assumed in such purchase (implicit or explicit).
Tickets for Dare to Dream will be eligible for a refund of 50% through March 31, 2024. No cancellation requests will be accepted after March 31, 2024, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant's attendance status. Tickets are nontransferable. All attendees agree that all fees and expenses related to Dare to Dream are nonrefundable regardless of the reason or lack thereof. For avoidance of doubt, this includes any cancelation due to injury or illness including, without limitation, any illness related to contacting COVID-19 or SARS-Co-2 or any other similar illness.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand all of the information provided in this Cancelation Policy, and you agree to its terms.
Paparazzi nor their vendors are responsible for any damage (bodily, to property, or otherwise) that may result from attending this event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that is deemed professional and respectful to me and all other participants at this event in accordance with the Paparazzi Code of Conduct outlined below. If for any reason I conduct myself unbecoming of a Paparazzi Consultant or am in any way in violation of my Consultant Agreement (including the Paparazzi Policies and Procedures) I may be asked to leave the event. I also will be subjected to any code of conduct required of the premises. I will listen and follow the directions of any Paparazzi employee or official representative of the MGM Grand.
This agreement extends to all attendees that may be included in this registration.
Paparazzi Code of Conduct
Paparazzi Consultants are expected to present themselves in a manner that is representative of the clean and uplifting culture of Paparazzi. This includes, but is not limited to, language, dress, and conduct. Paparazzi reserves the right to exclude any Consultant from any event for violation of this code.
If a Consultant is asked to leave an event as a result of their behavior, they will be subject to disciplinary action which may include account termination.
A Consultant must be in good standing with Paparazzi and compliant with all policies and procedures in order to attend. If a Consultant’s account has been terminated due to a compliance violation, s/he will not be permitted to attend the event.
I acknowledge that the event will take place July 29 - August 1, 2024 at the MGM Grand located in Las Vegas, NV. I understand that I am responsible for providing my own lodging, food, and transportation for the duration of the event and acknowledge that there are preferred rates available at the MGM Grand (based on availability) for Dare to Dream attendees. Any agreement made with a third party, including the MGM Grand, is my (the purchaser's) responsibility to uphold. Paparazzi is not liable to mitigate such agreements outside of offering the discounts that have already been negotiated for this event. I acknowledge that all arrangements and costs including, but not limited to, food, lodging, travel, etc. are solely my responsibility.
Paparazzi reserves the right to change, amend, or alter the agenda, topics, meetings, and activities that take place at the event at any time.
Free Convention Tickets
Consultants who enroll with the Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499) can redeem their free convention ticket voucher for one free ticket to Dare to Dream up to one year after the Starter Kit purchase date. To redeem their voucher, the new Consultant must register with their discount code in their Back Office. Free convention tickets are nontransferable. Discount codes will not be given to anyone other than the Consultant whose name is on the Paparazzi account.
If a Consultant redeems a free convention ticket and is unable to attend Dare to Dream, a $50 penalty fee will be incurred by the Consultant. This fee will be waived if the Events Team receives a formal cancellation via email (email@example.com) by May 31, 2024. If the $50 fee is not paid by the date provided in the email you’ll receive from the Events Team, disciplinary action, up to and including termination, will apply.
Free convention tickets cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another potential attendee. Additionally, the printed voucher included in the Starter Kit does not guarantee a ticket for the event. Only redeeming the voucher with the provided discount code will secure the Consultant’s seat at the event. If the event sells out prior to a Consultant redeeming their free convention ticket voucher, the expiration date of the voucher will not be extended to apply to a future event. All free convention ticket vouchers expire strictly one year from the date of Starter Kit purchase/enrollment.
All attendees, with the exception of lap children, must purchase a ticket in order to have access to the event. A lap child is defined as an individual 24 months or younger at the time of the event.
If you feel comfortable bringing your child(ren) to the event, we request that you remain mindful of others in attendance and step out of the meeting if needed. We also encourage you to bring a stroller to allow you to fully enjoy the shopping experiences that will be available. No daycare will be provided. You are liable for your children during the event.
Ticket Information Changes
A fee of $10 will be charged to correct mistyped information such as an attendee’s name or email address. A fee of $50 will apply to any Consultant ID change. The attendee’s name, Consultant ID, and mailing address should be carefully confirmed prior to submitting a registration to avoid any correction fees.
Badge Reprinting Fee
Name badges will be sent to the attendee prior to the event to the shipping address on file with Paparazzi Accessories. If the badge is lost or an attendee forgets to bring it with them to the event, a badge reprint will be required, as all attendees will need one to access any portion of the event. A fee of $25 will be charged for any badge reprints requested onsite during the event.
Recognition gifts or perks contingent upon a Consultant’s attendance at our annual convention will only be awarded to those who check into the event with a full event ticket registered under their name and Consultant ID. Participating in the Black & White Recognition Gala is optional. A Consultant’s presence on stage is not required to receive any recognition gifts for which they have qualified. For more details about the specific rewards associated with the Paparazzi recognition programs, please read the marketing materials provided in your Back Office.
Promotional items provided to those in attendance will not be made available to those who do not attend the event, regardless of the reason for absence. This includes, but is not limited to, registration materials, commemorative t-shirts, and products for sale at the event.
Each ticket to Dare to Dream includes one complimentary convention t-shirt, given to those in attendance. The preferred size is collected at the time of registration, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to confirm the correct size is submitted. If the size of shirt is submitted incorrectly, or the fit is unfavorable, Paparazzi is not responsible for coordinating an exchange. Those who do not attend are not eligible to receive the free t-shirt.
